Ian Judson co-owner of Visage Growth Partners and co-wrote The Illusion of Alignment. A former Chartered Accountant with more than thirty years of hands-on experience, he has worked inside large multinational accounting firms, built and later sold his own firm, and run his own coaching and advisory practice.
A Certified Gravitas Coach and Certified 3HAG and Metronomics Coach, he works with founder-led and mid-market companies through growth, scale and rising complexity.
