Visage brings together advisors who’ve spent their careers where you are now - leading, scaling and carrying the result. We started Visage because the CEOs we worked with kept describing the same thing: a good business that had outgrown the way it was being run, and a weight that sat with one person.
Adam Siegel and Ian Judson came at the same problem from different sides. Adam spent more than two decades in senior strategy and executive roles, including running large businesses. Ian is a chartered accountant who built and sold his own firm across 30-plus years in business. Between them they cover the full picture - the commercial rigour and the human side of leading people.
Rather than build another coaching practice, we built a partnership that stays in the room: through the strategy, the hard conversations and the execution. That’s the difference we kept wishing existed for the CEOs we worked with, so we made it.
